Keynote speakers from the Bank of England (BoE) and the Government’s Office for Zero Emissions Vehicles (OZEV) have been named for the Vehicle Remarketing Association’s (VRA) 2024 Seminar.
Graeme Chaplin, the BoE’s agent for the West Midlands, will present on the UK’s economic outlook for next year, while Abdul Chowdhury, head of vehicle policy at OZEV, look at the latest developments in the EV regulatory framework.
Other speakers include John O’Hanlon, CEO of Waylands Group, who examines how dealers are fighting to maintain margins, maximise profits and deal with new manufacturer approaches to dealership relationships.
The overall theme of the seminar is“2024: The Year Ahead in Remarketing” and it will take place on Tuesday 21st November at The Slate, Warwick University, examining a wide range of current and new issues affecting the sector.

The event has become established as one of the high points of the motor industry calendar, attracting close to 200 delegates, with an extremely high-quality selection of presentations.
